If you answered YES to any of the above questions then you want to check out Frippen .  It is the newest cam/chat service on the net.  With a scheduled launch date of May 1, 2009 Frippen will be the latest thing in cam/chat.  With speeds of 5-10 frames per second and crystal clear video you will find yourself thinking that the person you are talking to is in the same room with you. 

Frippen is set up so that ONLY the people in the same room you are in can see your cam.  When someone opens your cam an icon will appear next to their name in the nick list to let you know they are viewing you.  If for some reason you do not want a particular person to see your cam all you have to do is ban them from the room and they will not be able to see you nor will they be able to chat with you.  By keeping only the people in your room that you want you can limit just who can see you and that puts you in total control of your cam and who is allowed to watch it.

With the built in PM screener all PM's go to a window that will not interfere with your chat. The Msgs menu selection will give you the number of PM's you have and when you select it, it will open a window that lets you review each one and choose the ones you want to answer.  No more having your chat leached by the unsolicited PM window causing you to have to stop typing in the middle of a word or a sentence to reposition the cursor.

There will be two ways you can go when you register with Frippen , you can choose free or you can choose premium service.  The free service is just that free.  As a free member you will not be able to create a permanent chatroom.  You will be limited to 3 cams but if the server is loaded you are not guaranteed to be able to see any.  There are no guarantees of anything.  The premium service on the other hand allows you to create a permanent chatroom and will guarantee that you will be able to see at least 5 cams and up to 10 if the server load is not to high.  The program is automatically set up so that when the server becomes loaded or saturated it will attempt to "level" the field and make sure folks have cams.  The program gives priority to the premium users first. After that then the free users will be allocated bandwidth.
